This page explains what personal data Elmereach handles through this website and by email.
Who we are
This website, elmereach.com, is operated by Elmereach. For any question about this policy or your personal data, email partnerships@elmereach.com.
This website
- No cookies. This website does not set any cookies.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts or third-party content. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
- No forms. There is no contact form or account area.
- Hosting. This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Google receives your IP address when you visit, uses it to detect abuse and to provide usage statistics, and keeps it for a few months. We do not use this information to identify you.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them to reply and to handle any business that follows.
We sometimes email businesses about specific commercial opportunities. For this we use business contact details, such as a name, role, work email address and company name, usually found on company websites or other public sources.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and developing our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you would rather not hear from us, reply to our email or write to partnerships@elmereach.com and we will stop emailing you.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. It is processed by the service providers we use for website hosting and email, some of which may process data outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep data
We keep emails for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were sent or received for. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by emailing partnerships@elmereach.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
If we add analytics or cookies to this website, we will update this page.
